Look up the thing you're wondering about.

Your account numbers
Later

Unchanged through the interim period. If a number has to change at conversion, we mail you the new one well in advance.

Debit card
Later

Keep using your current card. A new Interra card arrives before conversion weekend with activation instructions.

Checks
Later

Current checks keep clearing normally. New checks arrive before you need them — no rush to reorder now.

Routing number
Later

The current routing number stays active through the interim period, then transitions at operational day one.

Online & mobile banking
Later

Your current login works through the interim. You will enroll once in Interra’s platform, with history carried over.

Direct deposit
No action

Keeps arriving on schedule. We redirect it for you at conversion — do not contact your employer or the Social Security Administration.

Automatic payments & drafts
No action

Continue as scheduled. Recurring drafts transfer automatically at conversion; we will confirm each one in writing.

Loans & mortgages
No action

Your rate, term and payment amount do not change because of the transition. Where you send the payment may change at conversion.

Certificates & CDs
No action

Existing certificates keep their rate and maturity date. Renewals after conversion move to Interra terms.

Your offices
Unchanged

All four Hicksville offices stay open with the same hours and the same people behind the counter.

Your Hicksville team
Unchanged

The people you already work with stay in place. Local lending decisions continue to be made locally.

Statements
Unchanged

Same cycle, same delivery. The letterhead reflects the Interra division name; the numbers work the same way.

Protect yourself

Transitions attract scammers. Here's what we'll never do.

Fraudsters watch for announcements like this one and pose as your financial institution "helping with the transition." These rules never change:

!We will never call, text or email asking for your password, PIN, full account number or a one-time code.
!We will never ask you to move money to a "safe account" during the transition. No legitimate employee will ever say that.
!If a message feels off, hang up and call your office directly at the number on this site or on your statement.

Your Hicksville team has the same information we do, and they know your accounts by name.
